About the event
The Soldier’s Tale, composed by Igor Stravinsky, is a theatrical work that blends music, narration, and dance. It tells the story of a soldier who trades his violin to the Devil in exchange for wealth, only to discover that material success cannot replace his lost identity and inner peace. Both darkly humorous and morally sharp, the piece explores themes of temptation, greed, and the true cost of one’s choices.
